Shipping policy

Shipping time frame refers to the number of days your until your package leaves our shop or warehouse and enters the mail stream. 

Our average shipping time frame is 3-5 days, but can occasionally take 10-14 days.

Once a package enters the mailstream, we have no control over the time it takes to arrive to you. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost After they have been accepted by the postal system. 

We are exited to offer optional Route insurance to you with each purchase. If you choose to purchase than insurance, know it is non refundable even if the item is eligible for return or exchange. Route insurance fees will not be refunded by Oh Boy Tees.
