Shop Policies

Each garment is uniquely designed and hand pressed in the USA.  Colors may vary slightly due to screen discrepancies.

Products are custom made to order- this means that is completely unique to you!  Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we cannot process returns or exchanges on personalized items, sale items, bundles, or last chance items. All exchanges or returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee .

Processing times differ from each product and can differ depending on a surge in orders. Please note the estimated turn around time refers to the time the order will enter the postal system. If you have an specific questions on order timeframes please message send email to .  

In General the Processing Times are as stated below

Our average turn around time is 3-7 business days. Occasional pre order events and releases may take longer. The average time for a sale event to ship is 7-10 business days. Please see each product or release for a more exact shipping time. 

Rush Processing 

You may choose this option to put your orders ahead of others. Rush  processing simply means that your product will start being made ahead other non-rush orders . Once order is handcrafted , it is then shipped. You will need to send us an email for this request.


After the product is processed shipping takes place, please refer to USPS shipping policy as to about when your product should arrive. Once shipped, Oh Boy Tees is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Priority comes with $50 insurance If you would like to add insurance, please notify me before placing your order. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and through PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if an email address is not presented at the time of checkout. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped.
